Chosen to take our nation's shield
Ever vigilant
Always above
Defending the infinite field

I dispatch flame earthward from above
Like dragons of legend's might
With agility and power
With silence, unseen
A sentinel in the eldritch night

We come from different places
Aligned to one aim
Unremitting
Deliberately unique
Yet with pioneering hearts the same

I am an American Guardian
Protector of the final frontier
Of freedom and right
Of family and home
Against enemies abroad or near

I am an American Guardian
Sentry of the night
